Hi, 

 

We have nitro pro 12 license, and after few years using we get notification that trail expires, when we trying to enter serial number again, it fails. 

We try support page, but without success. I found in this forum, tutorial how to remove with removing tools, and install again, but that doesn't help at all.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
