UNABLE TO ACTIVATE

I had to change the hard drive of my computer and reinstall Nitro Pro on the new hard drive but when I enter the activation key I get error -24: Activation Error, Nitro Pro encountered some issues while attempting to activate. Please record the error code above and then contact support via the link below:  Submit a report request.  When I submit a support request I enter my license and it says, Version 12,  Status Active, Number of Activations 0, Number of Activations Allowed 2, I hit deactivate button and it says please choose device to deactivate no device is there to deactivate and I can't activate my software. Please help I used this program on a daily basis.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
