Deactivate NitroPro on computer that no longer exists

Had Nitro 11. Two of the computers no longer exist (bad drives). Looking for a way to reuse those two licenses, was a five user bundle/1 license number.

Is there a way for Nitro to invalidate all five and I can reinstall on all of the current PC's, or any other solutions.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Our activation servers for older versions of Nitro Pro were retired, thus any new activation or deactivation attempts on these versions will no longer work. The old licenses were migrated to the upgraded activation servers.

To continue using your serial number, please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 by downloading the installer from the following location: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link

Once that specific build of Nitro Pro 12 is installed, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate.

If you experience an issue activating Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, please provide your serial number so we could further check.
