Chris Paul Posted April 26, 2021 Report Share Posted April 26, 2021 I am new to Nitrosign. I have had multiple occasions now that my customers want to download the PDF before signing. Using the options it only gives them the option to sign up for a new account to download the PDF. Eleanor Powell Posted August 10, 2021 Report Share Posted August 10, 2021 That's a good idea, to audit possible changes made after they've signed. That's included as part of the walkthrough NitroSign takes them through during signing. When they click "Sign the document", it'll open a webpage with their document. In the lower left they should have an "Options" button; the first option is to "Download as PDF" and they can also "Request changes", "Message owner", "Assign to someone else" or "Decline to sign".
