sharon huo Posted April 27, 2021 Report Share Posted April 27, 2021 I try to transfer my license from old pc to new one, I have deactivated the license on old PC. When I manually paste the certificate into the new pc, i failed. So I submit a support request online, and it led me to the activation portal.
