kmiller75 Posted April 28, 2021 Report Share Posted April 28, 2021 Nitro stopped working on my computer the other day. It's been working fine for me since i upgraded to NP13 in February. I've tried all the different suggestions in the community forum pages. My current version is now deactivated and it won't let me choose a version to deactivate. When I try the manual install, it asks me to copy and past the certificate but it's blank and nothing happens when I try to click on the activation hyperlink. PLEASE HELP!
