Unable to upgrade license: We were unable to validate your serial number

Hello @Alex Pena,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

As per our server logs, we can see you were able to upgrade your Nitro Pro 12 with serial number 234600-xxxxxx-611698 to Nitro Pro 13 with new serial number 50498x-xxxxxx-293715.

Are you have issue upgrading another serial number? If yes, please hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message' to send privately so we can check its status in our licensing server.
