Hello:  I have Nitro 13, have tried the repair bug fix, but still getting an error code 401 AND now if I try to initiate a requested signature on a PDF, I get, "an error has occurred.  Please log in again."

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Could you please provide the exact build of your Nitro Pro 13 installation? This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

Please try the following steps as well and see if you can proceed with the request a signature:

1. Open your Nitro Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. 

Alternatively, you can process the request a signature by uploading the document in Nitro Sign. Here are the steps:

1. Go to https://cloud.gonitro.com/  then login using your Nitro Sign Account. 
2. Go to My Documents section then click Add (located at the top right) to upload the document. 
3. Click the uploaded document then process the Request Signature.

Just want to chime in as I had the same problem with Nitro 12. I can confirm that logging out, closing Nitro and then opening and logging in again worked for me in Nitro 12 too.
