Sandeep Vanga Posted May 3, 2021 Report Share Posted May 3, 2021 Hi Nitro Team I have moved to new laptop and my Nitro Pro 8 needs to be reinstalled. i have the Serial number but unable to find the N8 version that can be installed. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy You can either upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Or install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can continue using your purchased license: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 8 serial number. Sandeep Vanga Posted May 5, 2021 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2021 Hi Leslie Thank you for the guidance, I could install V12 and get going now with old Serial Key. I tried this earlier but somehow the SR no. was not activating V12. I looked at another post which advised clearing all the Cache, Temp Files, Nitro versions. This now WORKS! Appreciate you help!!
