Please let me know what you need me to provide you to assist me. I get the -24:Activation Error and had my IT Support Team follow the manual steps with no luck. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of the Details tab by right -clicking the MSI installer and selecting Properties. Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
