Bruce Huddleston Posted May 6, 2021 Report Share Posted May 6, 2021 My system crashed and I'm trying to reactive Nitro Pro 10. The license I received from Cleverbridge shows it's for Nitro Pro 10 but when I put the license number in to deactivate it it shows as Nitro Pro 12. I tried loading the Nitro pro 12 trial and using the same license number but I get the same error. Please advise what I can do to get this reactivated.
