Nitro Pro 10 gives -24 error trying to reactivate

My system crashed and I'm trying to reactive Nitro Pro 10. The license I received from Cleverbridge shows it's for Nitro Pro 10 but when I put the license number in to deactivate it it shows as Nitro Pro 12. I tried loading the Nitro pro 12 trial and using the same license number but I get the same error. Please advise what I can do to get this reactivated.

Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 10. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

You can either upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Or install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can continue using your purchased license: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 10 serial number.
