Kyle Gauthier Posted May 6, 2021 Report Share Posted May 6, 2021 I'm converting a pdf document with multiple lines of form fields but when i convert to word all the form fields are blank. It didn't seem to notice that I added text to these at all. I need to send the document to someone that doesn't have a PDF reader but needs to see all of the content that I added.
