Sam Schrimsher Posted May 6, 2021 Report Share Posted May 6, 2021 Hello, I purchased my license in 2018 and have Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112 I recently bought an additional computer and am having trouble activating my license on it. I've downloaded the trial version and logged in with my account. When I paste in the license to activate my license it says it doesn't exist. Can somebody help me with this? Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I hope this helps.
