Can't activate license on new computer

Hello,

I purchased my license in 2018 and have Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112

I recently bought an additional computer and am having trouble activating my license on it. I've downloaded the trial version and logged in with my account. When I paste in the license to activate my license it says it doesn't exist. 

Can somebody help me with this?
