Installing Nitro Pro 12 on new computer - "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed"

Hi all,

My old computer crashed and I'm trying to install Nitro Pro 12 on my new machine.  From other advice in these forums, I followed this link to get the latest version of NitroPro 12: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

When I run the installer for 12, I get the following error:  

"!  Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed"

From here, it only lets me click "Finish" - so I'm stuck.  Can you please let me know how to proceed?
