Missing Document Image on Saved File

Ever since I moved to my newest version of Nitro Pro (Nitro Pro 13.35.3.685) after saving a document - when viewing its icon/image in the Windows 10 "large icon" mode - the saved page doesn't show, only a small Nitro Pro icon (in bottom left).  How do I fix that so it shows the page and the icon?

Please update your Nitro Pro 13 installation to 13.40 build. I have seen issues like that with the icon and it got resolved after the update to the latest build. 

The Nitro Pro 13.40 installer can be located from the following location:

Thanks, your suggestion fixed the problem.  Doesn't Nitro Pro 13 automatically download their latest builds, or at least let us know when they are necessary?

Nitro Pro installation will not automatically update when there is a new build. I recommend to check our Release Notes page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes to see the latest version and build. When the Release Notes page is updated, the link in the Downloads page will get updated as well.
