aptude Posted May 10, 2021 Report Share Posted May 10, 2021 HI, we have two nitro pro 10 keys. one key is successfully upgraded. another is says it is already in upgrade state version pro 13. but when i try it is not activating latest version and not giving to upgrade option. please help me on this. my id is sgupta@aptude.com. Please try to proceed with the upgrade through our Upgrade Portal, you should now be getting the message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.'
