Hi

I am trying to deactivate 2 licenses so I can put it on a new computers since my old computers died. I get a message please select devices to deactivate and no where can i find this computer to deactivate. I have 2 computers to do and 2 licenses for Nitro 12. How can i do this so i can install on my 2 new computers?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial numbers of your Nitro Pro 12 you are trying to deactivate?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Instead of deactivating and as a courtesy of being a valuable customer of Nitro, we want to make you aware of the change to your product that may affect its activation performance (e.g. -20: Error - Invalid license number or -24 Error: Activation Error). 

To continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below direct MSI links:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial numbers

Hi,

I have 3 users that all of a sudden started using the software and the next day it says free trial all of a sudden. What do i need to do?

Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your user's 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). 

Lastly, could you please provide the serial numbers of their your Nitro Pro?
