I get a message please select devices to deactivate and no where can i find this computer to deactivate. I have 2 computers to do and 2 licenses for Nitro 12. In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial numbers of your Nitro Pro 12 you are trying to deactivate? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your user's 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). Lastly, could you please provide the serial numbers of their your Nitro Pro?
