no puedo instalar nitro pro en nueva computadora

hola, necesito ayuda, compre una licencia, y solo he instalado en 2 computadores, al instalar en una tercera, aparece el mensaje que ya no se puede instalar mas porque se ha alcanzado el numero maximo de instalaciones permitidas para la licencia

sin embargo, nadie mas que yo tiene el codigo de activacion, por favor su ayuda ya que necesito instalar en mas maquinas, y la licencia que compre indicaba que tengo permisos para 20 maquinas, gracias
