Yew Peng Tan Posted May 16, 2021 Report Share Posted May 16, 2021 Was not able to deactivate NiroPro 12 twice during previous bluescreen of Death Window OS and Harddisk failure. Now it indicate "Number of Activations Allowed" is "2" Not able to re-activate again. When click on "Deativate" at "https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal" it display a pop up "Please select devices to deactivate" Nothing to find to deactivate. Please help. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. Krish Subramanian Posted May 18, 2021 Report Share Posted May 18, 2021 I tried downloading the nitro pro 12 from the link https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After downloading and unpacking the software, the installation abruptly stopped with the message: " Nitro pro set up wizard has failed".
