Upgrade to Nitro Pro 12

I have Nitro Pro version 11.  I am trying to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12.  I went to the link and it wouldn't accept my serial number.  Can you help?  Sorry if I am duplicating another request.

Please send me your serial number if that gives you another error message so I can check.
