Unable to activate for use on new computer

Hi, 

 

I purchased Nitro Pro a while back, however I am having issues activating my license on my new computer. When I try to deactivate, it says the number of activations are 0, and asks me to select a device to deactivate. When I try to activate the serial number it says the serial number does not exist. 

 

Please advise?

Records in NITRO PRO 12 indicated that I activated twice on damn sickening machine where Windows Crashes/HDD crashes, de-activation was not possible.

Now installed on Acer Aspire F 15 laptop cannot activate.

Could you help reset for my activation.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
