misael abgi Posted May 18, 2021 Report Share Posted May 18, 2021 Hi everyone, I have been trying to activate the Nitro Pro in my new computer. I have copied the activation code from the old computer (Nitro Pro v11) (which is still active and fully working) to the installed Nitro Pro software in the new computer, but it isn't working. I've also tried the support in Activating Nitro Pro, but once I pasted the serial number, I got an error saying "Please enter a valid serial number". Also tried to contact the support via phone, but there was no customer service to be found. I would really appreciate any assistance in this matter. Thank you.
