hi there, 

My IT guy asked me to contact you to get help as he could not activate the account/key since we changed the computer. *

can someone please help or give me a number to call?

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
