Geoffrey Chu Posted May 19, 2021 Report Share Posted May 19, 2021 I regularly get the following error message upon opening Nitro Pro (188.8.131.52): An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401). This error message consistently occurs every time I start Nitro Pro and has been happening now for at least 12 months.
