Unable to reactivate

I am using nitro pro from last 4 years. Yesterday I have to reinstall it, after it i am unable to Activate it. It is showing error #22 in Nitro 12 and invalid key in Nitro Pro 13 and Not showing activation option in Nitro Pro 11.  I have checked my Serial key online is showing...

Please help me to reactivate it.

Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 11. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

You can either upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Or install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can continue using your purchased license: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 11serial number.

            I have Installed Nitro Pro Updated as link shared by you and it has activate also but now I am getting a error #401 Msg. please arrange to resolve it.

I have a similar problem.

I have uninstalled the software using your cleanup link and reinstalled Ni

tro 12 using your download links. It does not accept my serial number.

How can I get Nitro back up and working?
