cant get activation to work

I have tried several times to activate my license. I get an error. I have searched the forums and tried everything ive seen but still unable to use this. I can not uninstall the previous download either. The error says uninstall failed. What next?

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.40.0.811 from the page I have provided below:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.

hello thank you for that however it still will not work. Says the Nitro setup wizard fails. and nitro 11 is still on computer
