David Cundall Posted May 24, 2021 Report Share Posted May 24, 2021 Hi. I have just purchased Nitro Pro 13 and successfully installed and activated it on my laptop and it is working fine. I have logged in to my account via the log in link in the top right hand corner of the app where it takes me to a page where I can see my basic account information. I can't however seem to be able to log into the admin portal on the web. I just get a message that says I don't have administrator rights? I am the only person that uses my account and software. I believe you are referring to the Nitro Admin portal (https://admin.gonitro.com) which is for Nitro Productivity Suite Teams and Enterprise licenses. Here's a more information about Nitro Admin: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/Nitro Admin/000004578 For a single or individual Nitro Sign account like yours, managing it can be done through the Nitro Sign portal https://cloud.gonitro.com.
