Reverted to Trial and getting Error -24 when reactivating

Hola, buenas noches, 

Tengo la versión Nitro pro 12 en dos de mis equipos. Sin embargo, recientemente en uno de ellos regresó a modo de Prueba, tratando de activar la versión Pro con mi licencia, me aparece -24 Error de activación. Si pudieran apoyarme con asistencia lo agradecería mucho.

I have the Nitro pro 12 version on two of my computers. However, recently in one of them it returned to Trial mode, trying to activate the Pro version with my license, I get -24 Activation error. If you could support me with assistance I would really appreciate it.

To further assist you, we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below direct Spanish MSI links:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/es/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/es/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxxxxx-052175
