Steven Pratt Posted June 6, 2021 Report Share Posted June 6, 2021 We have renewed our Nitro subscription and have only been sent a Nitro 13 licence file. We are all using Nitro 12 which expires 7th June!! I requested a Nitro 12 licence file from the support team, but no response. Nitro 13 is currently not compatible with our Case Management Systems, but Nitro development are including this change in the next release of Nitro 13.
