Jason Barnhill Posted June 11, 2021 Report Share Posted June 11, 2021 Q: How do I resend or re-activate Nitro Pro if the person is already an active User? I know for a new User if you activate them it sends them a link to install the software with the assigned license, but what about current or active Users? I have tried deleting them and re-adding them , but nothing happens. What is the method to get the software reinstalled? Do you have any directions you can send me? I have had users get upgraded to a new computer and I need to get the software reinstalled on the new PC.
