Hi,

I'm using Niro Pro 13.19.2.356.

I'm not able to login to the Nitro Pro app. I can login to https://cloud.gonitro.com/ just fine. I tried changing my password but that did not help.

When attempting to login I can put in my email and password, then when I hit the orange Continue button the login prompt goes away but it doesn't actually log me in. There are no error screens or other types of feedback that I can see.

If I put in a wrong password it recognizes that, so it is actually checking the credentials, it just doesn't actually log in as the link in the top-right corner still says "Login" and the Document Library button is greyed-out and deactivated.
