Transferring license to a new laptop

I purchased a license last month and now i need to use this license on a new laptop. Old laptop is not being used by anybody else

 

When i go into my old laptop and try to find my license key, it is only showing the first few numbers, the rest is XXX-XXX-XXX

 

I cant find the email from cleverbridge etc

 

How do I get my activation code?

In checking your account records, we were able to see your Nitro Pro license invoice receipt (purchased around June 9th 2021). We have sent again this invoice receipt to your email address *****@fgeuropeuk.co.uk. Kindly check your email inbox including the spam or junk mail folder. 

Please note that your license is a version 13 serial number and the installer for the version can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads  - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link

Kindly let me know if you received your invoice receipt.
