Reactivation After a Crash

In checking the serial number you provided, that has been upgraded to version 13. Please install Nitro Pro 13 and use the upgraded serial number so you could proceed with the activation. 
The Nitro Pro 13 installer can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link 

After installing Nitro Pro 13, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the upgraded serial number (version 13 license) then click on Activate.

Uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro as you directed. Trying to activate with the 234***-******-****** results in this message.

The link you sent directed me to a page with a message 'This item might not exist or is no longer available'.
A Nitro Pro 13 installation can be activated using a version 13 serial number and not the 234***-******-******.

Please activate your Nitro Pro 13 installation using your version 13 serial number (a version 13 serial number starts with 504).

Where do I get the version 13 serial number (starts with 504). If I had it, then I lost it. If I need to pay again, that's okay too.  Please reply.     -Jerry
