CHUN AN HSIEH Posted June 24, 2021 Report Share Posted June 24, 2021 Hi, I'm using Nitro Pro 13.2.6.26 and my serial number is 5049XXXXXXXXXXXX78. When I open the Nitro Pro, the screen will show " An error has occurred with our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401) " In the beginning, there is no problem, but after 5 mins, the software is still running, but the mouse cannot use with this software. (Others are still work.)
