Oscar Navarro Posted June 24, 2021 Report Posted June 24, 2021 Hello. I'm also having trouble reactivating my NP10 software after deactivating it on an old computer and installing it on a new one. Another post recommended upgrading to the latest version but that was unsuccessful. I purchased the software from cleverbridge and have both a reference number and serial number. Thank you.
