I'm trying to re-activate the same serial number at my new laptop when this error came out. I already deactivate the previous one.

What should I do? Please help.

Hi,

I have the same problem. Deactivated programm on one computer, on my new computer cannot activate. Repeated installation with the recommended version of nitropdf 12, the same activation error.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
