Benjamin Altman Posted June 28, 2021 Report Share Posted June 28, 2021 Hello, I have had Nitro Pro 6 since 2010 and recently bought a new laptop. I went and deactivated the license and it shows as 0 activations, but it doesn't register on the new PC. Clicking "Activate" brings up an information box saying "Unknown Error". Closing Nitro and trying again doesn't help. Neither does reinstallation. What do I need to do to register on the new PC? Thanks, Ben Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
