deactivate requests to select device, I can not see where to select the device

Hi,

My computer crashed, big time. No access to the hard drive.

I have a new computer but sorely need to use "nitro". I have my serial number but when I try to deactivate I get

"Please select devices to deactivate."
I have looked everywhere to select the device but there is nothing to select.

Status Active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

 

I would really appreciate help solving this issue since I really need to be able to use Nitro.

Instead of deactivating through our Activation Portal and to continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 on your computer with a new hard-drive by getting the installer from this page:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-409230
