Thomas Lutes Posted July 3, 2021 Report Share Posted July 3, 2021 Just implemented the recommended temporary fix to disable print spooler while waiting for a permanent fix from Microsoft. Since disabling print spooler, I get a crash report generated by my Nitro Pro 12 whenever I try to save a PDF file (not print, just save!). I assume that Nitro Pro 12 must use the Windows Print Spooler service to save files, thereby causing the crash report. Correct? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
