I am not able to activate Nitro and reinstalling the software... all the link provided on portal is not working... Activating Nitro Pro | Nitro (gonitro.com) It prompts device to be deactivated but no choice of device reflected on screen... Please assist... Please ensure that you have installed the latest build of Nitro Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574 so you could activate using your existing serial number. You can see the version and build of Nitro Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you are running a different build and version, you can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link Once Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, you can activate it using your current serial number.
