Can't activate?

HI,

having trouble activating serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-840094 for one of my staff - can you please assist?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). Same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. To find out how to take a screen shot using Snipping Tool, check out this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b 

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

To Whom It May Concern,

 

I'm having a similar issue, I can't activate the Nitro Pro version 11 for one of my users. I tried to reset the license, but it shows that there is no computers using it. Idk what is the problem. Do you need me to provide the serial number? If so, how do I do that? It doesn't give me any error message, it just says that it couldn't be activated at the moment and if the problem persist to contact support.

The version that I downloaded is this one:

I'm trying to activate it on a newer computer and I have another laptop that the same user owns and it is currently activated and using Nitro Pro version 11.0.7.425. It is a version older from the one that I'm trying to activate, however, the error message doesn't mentioned anything of a maximum use of license, etc.

Thank you, @AllainU. We ended up paying for the upgraded version due to the notice we saw in the NitroPro Help portal.

If you're on Nitro Pro 12 or an older version such as Nitro Pro 11, Nitro Pro 10, or Nitro Pro 9, you might run into an instance where you're not able to re-activate your software (Error message "There was a connection issue."). This is because our activation servers no longer support older versions of Nitro Pro so your software needs to be upgraded to either the latest build of Nitro Pro 12, or to Nitro Pro 13.
