I'm getting an error "-24: Activation Error" on version 12.16.3.374, which I believe is the latest version for V12. Please advise how I can activate ASAP. We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. Ben Delville Posted July 8, 2021 Author Report Share Posted July 8, 2021 Hello @Leslie V. I just downloaded the latest version from the link you sent and attempted to install it. I was almost immediately met with an error: "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed." Unfortunately, there's not enough information to troubleshoot and I don't see any information in the event log.
