Hartwig Schatz Posted July 8, 2021 Report Share Posted July 8, 2021 My Nitro version is 13.22.0.414. I've been using it for 8 month. Then, after a regular Windows 10 Update Nitro Pro stopped working. Error - Proxy settings are incorrect. All attempts to reactivate my license failed. My license status shows Serial Number 50XXXXXXXXXXXXXX01 Version 13 Status Active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Please let me know how to proceed. Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.https://install.nitropdf.com/professional_ 13423855/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.
