Laura Barry Posted July 8, 2021 Report Share Posted July 8, 2021 (edited) I upgraded to 13...but could not activate on one of my 2 computers. I tried deactivating my current version and got a number of error messages, so I just uninstalled the other version. Upon trying to install 13, it tells me my brother printer is prohibiting. I tried ALL the suggestions...none worked so I uninstalled the printer. Still nothing worked. I have tried everything I have seen on this site to no avail.
