Nichola Millard Posted July 12, 2021 Report Share Posted July 12, 2021 When I enter existing serial numbers for our Version 12 licences in the upgrade portal it gives me the following message : Thank you for your submission. This Nitro PDF Pro serial has already been upgraded and you are currently operating on our most recent version, Nitro PDF Pro 13.
