Licences say upgraded to V13 but no new serial number (505960 xxx)

When I enter existing serial numbers for our Version 12 licences in the upgrade portal it gives me the following message :  Thank you for your submission. This Nitro PDF Pro serial has already been upgraded and you are currently operating on our most recent version, Nitro PDF Pro 13.     Where do I find the new serial number for V13 so I can activate the product?
