I just uninstalled Nitro Pro, now I want to re-install, which version should I use?

I was getting a 401 error every time I opened NITRO, see screenshot https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ai65PzMQJYp94gRzIM3jo2-L0bWv

to fix it I decided to uninstall and reinstall NITRO. Nitro is now uninstalled.

But I don't remember which version I had installed, also I will need to get my serial number to activate it.

I need help on HOW to proceed from here.

*update* I found an old email from Cleverbridge with my serial number and I link to download version 12. So I downloaded v.12 and now it's activated with the serial number provided.

Now after I started NITRO I got the ERROR 401. I logged out of NITRO and closed NITRO. Then I started NITRO, no error, I logged on, still no error. so far so good.
