Unable to deactivate Nitro Pro 12

Hi Team, as my current laptop died, I am unable to deactivate the Nitro Pro 12 in order to activate it on my new laptop.

https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal was able to find the license but when I try to deactivate them, please see attached error.

There was no option to choose which computer to deactivate it on.

To further assist you, 'Number of Activations' is already zero so please just install Nitro Pro 12 using the installer from this page:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 234601-xxxxxx-542347

I have the same error, and I can't activate on a new computer.  It keeps wanting me to deactivate and nothing happens.

Have you already installed Nitro Pro 12 to your machine? If yes, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under the Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
