Amin Ismail Posted July 14, 2021 Report Share Posted July 14, 2021 Hi Team, as my current laptop died, I am unable to deactivate the Nitro Pro 12 in order to activate it on my new laptop. https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal was able to find the license but when I try to deactivate them, please see attached error.
