IT pagalba Posted July 15, 2021 Report Share Posted July 15, 2021 So, I have a serial number and instalation ID, and when i am trying to activate, i get instruction to go to www.nitfopdf.com/activation, then enter installation ID and serial number and then i should get activation certificate, but the problem is that page (www.nitfopdf.com/activation) is not working. Smh i managed to get here: http://www.activationportal.me/selfservice/activation.aspx?Type=1&cid=7267&pid=7275&lang=en-US it also looks like activation page, but it asks me for activation certificate which i dont have. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website, please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account. 1. First and last name of purchaser 2. Email address used purchase Nitro (I was unable to find anything using your email address) 3. Order reference number (I suggest you search through your email for 'cleverbridge', our online merchant) If you did not purchase Nitro from our website, and have the CD, your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code. (Please keep in mind that if you purchase Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems) Looking forward to hearing back from you.
