Luca Alberti Posted July 16, 2021 Report Share Posted July 16, 2021 (edited) Hello, We currently have 2 nitro license that we want to upgrade, one is for version 10 of Nitro (order number 9185xxxx) and 1 is Nitro 6 (order number 2442xxxx). The version 10 when we try to update it (from here https://www.gonitro.com/it/support/upgrade) says that it is already updated and we are using the latest version of Nitro (Nitro 13), which is not true. We also tried to download the version 13 and activate it with the serial but it is not recognized. The license for version 6 instead seems that it cannot be upgrade at all.
