No puedo activar nitro Pro 12

Reisntale el SO de mi PC y al momento que voy a activar el Nitro me sale activacion manual, sigos los pasos me envia a este URL www.nitropropdf.com/es/activation, ingreso el id de activación y el numero de serie y me sale el mensaje "datos no validos"... Por favor su ayuda, gracias

 

Re-install the OS of my PC and when I am going to activate the Nitro I get manual activation, follow the steps it sends me to this URL www.nitropropdf.com/es/activation, I enter the activation id and the serial number and me I get the message "invalid data" ... Please your help, thank you

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and its activation servers have been shut down which is why you are getting an error message.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.  

You can find Nitro Pro 12 Spanish installer links below and activate using your version 11 serial number 234600-xxxxxx-008550:

hola quue tal tengo el  mismo problema tengo una version Nitro pro 7.3.1.10 con licencia S.O. win7.

compre un equipo WIn10 y al realizar la activacion sale mensaje de error desconocdido.

desactive la licencia en el otro equipo y no puedo pasarlo al nuevo

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline Spanish MSI packages:

Important: If you are using Chrome or any of the Chromium-based browsers (e.g., Vivaldi, etc.) and you are unable to access the above installer links, you're more than likely experiencing the results of a new security feature that was silently pushed out to the browsers, which blocks .exe/.msi/etc downloads without any visible error or prompt on the browser's frontend user space. In order to bypass this, please try these steps:

a. Right-click the link you're trying to download, and select "Save link as..."
b. Choose your save location and select "Save"
c. On the bottom edge of your browser window, the Downloads bar should now appear and the file will show up with a red error icon, attempting to block the download. Press the caret button and select "Keep"
